Professional Experience
Melinda Rosenfeld joined Cartwright Law as a paralegal in 2011. For the past twelve years, she has worked primarily on probate matters with a focus on reviewing and evaluating financial records. Melinda’s analytical skills, combined with her love of math and spreadsheets, make her the ideal person to work on elder financial abuse matters, contested probate proceedings, and other cases involving complex accountings.
Prior to joining Cartwright Law, Melinda worked in environmental policy consulting, market research, and the City of Portland’s Bureau of Development Services.
Education
Melinda graduated from Brown University in 1997 with a B.A. in Public Policy.
Other
Melinda has a strong personal interest in protective proceedings, as one of her three children experiences significant cognitive disabilities as a result of medical conditions. When not working, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her husband, children, and cats.
